Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 13 August 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging ContentSaviour's services. By commissioning work from us, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ContentSaviour website and the content writing and SEO services we provide. By engaging our services or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these terms.
References to "we", "us" or "our" mean ContentSaviour. References to "you" or "the client" mean the individual or business engaging our services.
Our Services
ContentSaviour provides AI-assisted content writing, SEO content strategy, blog content, website copy, and related content marketing services as described on our Services page.
The scope of work for each project is agreed in writing before work begins. Any material changes to the agreed scope — including additional content pieces, significant topic changes, or expanded briefs — may be subject to revised pricing and timelines.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, including content that is misleading, unlawful, or contrary to our editorial standards.
Quotes and Payments
All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quote does not constitute a binding agreement until both parties have confirmed the project in writing.
Payment terms are specified in your project agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work commences on larger projects.
Invoices are due by the date stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with applicable law.
All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Clients outside our home jurisdiction are responsible for any taxes, duties or levies applicable in their own country.
Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in your quote or project agreement. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of content delivery.
A revision is defined as amending existing content based on the original brief. Requests that constitute a new brief, a significant change in direction, or additions beyond the original scope are not covered by included revisions and will be quoted separately.
We aim to deliver revisions within the timeframe agreed at the start of the project. Revision turnaround times may vary depending on project volume and current workload.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights in the final delivered content transfer to you. You are free to publish, edit, repurpose and distribute the content as you see fit.
Until full payment is received, all content remains the intellectual property of ContentSaviour. You may not publish or distribute content for which payment has not been completed.
We may retain the right to reference the project in our portfolio or case studies unless you request otherwise in writing. We will never disclose confidential business information as part of any such reference.
You warrant that any materials, briefs, brand guidelines or other content you provide to us do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely briefs, brand guidelines, and any other information we reasonably require to deliver your project.
Delays caused by late provision of required information, slow approval of drafts, or unresponsiveness may affect agreed delivery timelines. We will not be held responsible for delays attributable to the client.
You are responsible for reviewing all delivered content for accuracy, compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, and suitability for your intended audience before publishing.
You confirm that you have the authority to commission the content and that its publication will not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.
Cancellations
You may cancel a project at any time by notifying us in writing. If work has already commenced, you will be invoiced for the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation, based on the agreed project fee.
Any deposit paid is non-refundable once work has begun, unless we are unable to deliver the agreed services through our own fault.
We reserve the right to cancel a project if you are in breach of these terms, including non-payment. In such cases, any work completed remains the property of ContentSaviour until outstanding amounts are settled.
Limitation of Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates or revenue growth. Content performance depends on many factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContentSaviour's total liability to you in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that project.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss or damage arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or reputational damage.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation continues after the project has ended.
We will not disclose your business information, strategies, or project details to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where necessary to deliver the services (for example, using a trusted subcontractor under equivalent confidentiality obligations).
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For ongoing projects, the terms in place at the time of project agreement will apply unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
